Privacy Policy for SkinMaker

1. Scope

This policy covers https://skinmaker.app. SkinMaker provides tools
for working with Minecraft skin files. We are not affiliated with Mojang AB or
Microsoft.

2. What we collect

Account data: email address, and — for paid plans — the billing details our
payment processor needs. We never see or store full card numbers.

Files you provide: skin textures and images you upload in order to use a
feature.

Usage data: standard web analytics, such as pages viewed and approximate
region, collected in aggregate.

3. Files, and where they are processed

The free browser tools run entirely on your device. Textures you open with them
are never sent to a server.

Features that require server processing upload the file only for as long as the
job takes, and delete it once the result is returned or the project is deleted.
You can delete a project and its files at any time.

We do not use your files to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell
them or share them with advertisers.

4. Why we process data

To operate the features you request, to process payments, to provide support,
and to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We do not sell
personal data.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to collect aggregate analytics. You can
block them in your browser; the free tools will still work.

6. Children

The service is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect
personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us
personal data, contact support@skinmaker.app and we will delete it.
Where local law requires parental consent for older minors, that consent is the
responsibility of the parent or guardian.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete
your account and everything in it. Write to support@skinmaker.app and we
will respond within 30 days.

8. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is open and for a short period after
closure for accounting purposes. Uploaded files are deleted as described in
section 3.

9. Changes

We will announce material changes by email to account holders and by a notice on
the site before they take effect.
